control j will give you the jump to dialogue.
control home will take you to the beginning  of your file.
do an alt e, then s, and you can see some of the movements you can do for
selecting. you should read the manual there are more features that you can
use, such as playing only what you've selected so that it's as clean a cut
as you can make it.

What do I do next?Think shift l to mark beginning and shift r to mark the
