Yes, they exist. The Archos studio players and recorders can talk with the alternative firm wear called rock box, however these players and recorders aren't made anymore and can only be found on Amazon and EBay. Now Rockbox is being made for the IRiver players as well. I'll forward an e mail with the player info. The Iriver players look better then the Archos. I have the Archos Studio 20 recorder. I like it, but its kind of big compared to the Iriver and other players. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dale Campbell" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. Howdy Everyone, A friend is looking for a mp3 player that has speech on it. He asked me if I knew of one and I don't but I told him I knew where to ask...(smile) So does one exist? If not, what is in your opinion, the easiest mp3 player to use as a blind person? He does have some limited vision... Thanks in advance, Dale Campbell blindmicemart.com _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
