You'll have to plug the transmitter into where the speaker goes on your sound card. What I did was to buy a small adaptor with two 1/8 inch jacks on one end, and a single one on the other. You then just plug the transmitter and speakers into the adaptor, then plug it back into the speaker jack on the computer.
