I had a computer with what claimed to be the crystal sound board the three
jacks were vertical, all one eighths jacks. The top was speaker or
earphones, the second was line in, and the third or bottom was microphone.
If yours is set up vertically, I'd try them out. If you try the speaker
first, it shouldn't hurt anything if you get the wrong one. Once that one
is identified, you can test the remaining two.
