Jim,
what screen reader are you using?
you can tab over to the seek slider and there you can use your arrow keys to
do this.

Hello there,
I'm curious about something.
I sometimes have heard things like radio broadcast archives or other things
of that nature using Real Player, but sometimes I need to use Windows Media
Player. What I wonder is how one can move forward little bits at a time
with WMP. I find it hard to skip forward past a section I've heard or want
to fast forward. I know Control F will move you an entire track at a time,
but I just want a little bit at a time.
Jim
