Hi Tracy. In CDex, go to f4 for configuration. I think you can find it from there.

Hi Tracy. Yes, you can set the bit rate with CDex. You can even use VBR,
which is variable bit rate. You can use ABR which finds an average bit
rate. It seems like to me that CDex encourages you to use that setting.
