I just installed Nero, and have yet to burn my first cd with the program. However, I think you said that you are using a cdrom drive. Is this the only drive you have, or do you have a cd burner. You will never be able to copy one cd to another without a cd burner. At this point, don't know what the virtual drive you refer to might be.
The help files are actually quite easy to use. You should be able to go to help either by pressing the F1 key, or going to the help menus, and there you will find a tree view of the contents. If you are using Window-Eyes, and this probably applies to JAWS as well, press enter on any of the options, and then press F6, and then you will be in the body of the appropriate help file, and your screen reader should read the help entries just fine. The help appears to be contextual, which means that you should be able to press F1 on any highlighted option, and you will receive information on that option.
