I've tried downloading it, but haven't used it yet.  I use Soundforge, and 
like it, but I think Harry said that it's faster than Soundforge.  Maybe he 
can tell you more about it.  I don't know if that would have Noise Reduction 
like Soundforge, or the pitch shift.  I hope this helps.  Maybe others might 
be of more help on this.
