Is the pcr the receiver that plays the XM? If they're not for sale, what would you use?

From what I've been hearing about this XM online, one would be better off
to
just buy the "XMPCR" as I understand that it works really well, according to
friends that I know that own the product. The question I have about
"XMonline is: do you get all the channels..entertainment and all? Or do you
just get their music channels?
