CDRWin can not create mp3 files that's right. But CDRWin does accept mp3 files for the creation of audio CDS. In other words, you can't use CDRWin to rip audio from a CD straight to mp3 format. However, you can use existing mp3 files to make an audio CD. Hope that clears things up.

The cdrwin people say that they don't support creation of mp3s. I was all set to buy it when they sent me that message. I'm pretty sure that I asked it the way I did here. They said that they don't make mp3s from cds. Please explain this. I want to get the software asap, and that was my pchoice. Thanks.
