why not use the num pad on the keyboard?

Has anyone figured out how to access the dial pad on Skipe effectively? I was told when reading the faq that one had to hold down the left click for two seconds on a 0+ button to make the 0 turn into a plus symbol thus acctivating the dtmf. owever, I do not see a 0+ button on here. Also, are there any scripts for jaws to make skipe a wee bit more accessible?
