OK, here's what to do if you're running Windows Service Pack 2 and Window-eyes and you need to set the volume on the yahoo player. When you're in the player, tab until you hear "change settings". Shift tab twice. Hit insert-plus on the numpad. Hit the left-slash on the numpad. Wait a few seconds and go through these steps 2 more times and the volume slider will be at maximum.
