Hey there. I'm still waiting on them to do something about that. There is a way around it, well, kind of around it.
If you can get someone with some good eyes to get the volume where you want it, then, just leave that window open. I mean leave the player window open. There are more links now in that window. You can click on the link for a school, and then at the bottom, you can click on the desired broadcast, and as long as you are in the player window when you click on it, it will remember your volume setting, but if you click from the other yahoo window, it starts over for some reason.
I have a little eight year old girl who helps me with the volume, and she doesn't mind if I have to use her help a couple of times.
Good luck to you with that, and maybe they will get their stuff straightened out.
