ok I have got the files extracted now, the only thing is now each track is two tracks.
is there a way to cut these files at all please?
there were 14 tracks in the mp3, I set the pause to 10, which gave me twice so 14
tracks are separated in to 7 mp3s.
would be grateful if someone could tell me how to split these 7 tracks so I can get
the 14 tracks.

Simon, I think you can set the threshold for the automatic pause
recognition somewhere in the program. If this doesn'T work, you have to
split the file manually.
