Hi Richard, Thanks much for the info. before posting I got spyware software out of the way as much as possible short of uninstalling, but at least one spyware app remains resident, hence your suggestion is very plausable. Of course setting MSIE to system defaults *SHOULD* result in the cookie handling working as RealNetworks expects. I emailed RealNetworks but didn't receive a reply. Does anyone know a phone number, or which link I should follow to obtain it? So far I have not determined how to contact them in a manner that can result in a response.
