Hi Tim. I have the same problem, but I didn't seem to have it until I installed windows xp sp2. I have e-mailed them, and even called a telephone number I have, and I really haven't gotten anywhere. I hate you have that problem, but I'm also glad it's not just me. I bet somehow we can figure this thing out.

I can tell that Yahoo's college sports pack would sound good, trouble is that when I clicked on the USC game the volume was set so far down on the player I could hardly hear it. I know there must be a volume graphic there but I can't find it. I can't answer your question this year, but last year the Real college sports pass was bad. Is there a reason you need both?
