Hi, It's pretty easy to use. You just go to Winamp preferences then to input plugins then go to the list box and highlight the mad mp3 plugin and tab to configure button and press space to bring the configuration dialogue in focus. Then just tab through the options which are self explanatory and change at your leisure. To have the mad mp3 plugin enabled which it should be by default after installing it, you just check the enable checkbox.
