Recharge Time for Sennheiser RS-65 Wireless Headphones

I have a set of Sennheiser RS-65 wireless headphones, the ones that come 
with a spare battery. Does anyone happen to know how long it takes to 
recharge a battery that's slotted into the bass unit? Also, are these 
Nicads or something better?
