A friend has been trying to install the Live 365 player so he can listen to
proprietary content. When he downloads the player he sees a message
saying, "Installation complete." The download window appears again, which
would leave me to leave the program and download had been completed. but
When he attempts to run the program he cannot find it anywhere on his hard
drive. He tells me Live 365 tells him he can't use any other player.
We'd appreciate any help anyone can give. I'll forward any responses.
