Hello, unfortunately, since you're using the stereo master or the what you hear option, depending on your sound card, this seems to be a sound card noise that just happens when it happens, and since the recording is picking up whatever your sound card hears, it goes into the recording. If it's live and not to be repeated, I don't know what can be done to avoid sound card blips that occur. Thanks a lot. Matthew
