Hi Paul, I've only run it on a machine with XP home, but one tip is,
that if your Archos is very nearly full, it won't run, giving you an
error message. The only thing I can suggest other than that, is, have
you got your file associations mixed up, I.E. it's trying to open
wordpad because it sees it as the sort of file that normally is
associated with wordpad.

Subject: running vb script to make archos accessible

i've downloaded and installed the rockbox software to make the Archos
talk. There's also a vb script called mp3ClipGen.vbs which when you
run it creates names of folders on the archos which are subsequently
spoken. I've tried running the file but instead of running it it opens
in wordpad. I have tried the same file on another machine and it
works. I'm running xp home on the machine that works and xp pro on the
machine that doesn't. Can anyone help with this query.

Paul
