Hello Doug,

The problems you're having are out of the ordinary for Easy CD Creater.
Have you made sure that you've loaded the updates to version 5. I
think there was an issue with the unupdated version and XP. Go to the
Roxio web site and go to the support link. You will have to have a
registered copy of ECC or will need to register it to get the updates.
If you want them without that, I might be able to send them. Are you
using basic or platinum?

Are you trying to start ECC from the Desk Top? If so, don't! Open it
from within the Program folder.

After a crash I re-installed Easy Cd creator 5.
When I try to launch it, I get one of those annoying error reports that
my
puter wants to send to Microsoft.
(not to mention it had a version compatibility problem with jfw 5.
I wound up un-installing the damn thing.
Basically, all I want to do is copy some programs and mp3 files to a
CD.
Can someone tell me where I can find a replacement for cd creator that
will
work with jfw on a win xp home system?
Thanks in advance.
