Hi Andrea.

CDEX can extract a whole CD and create a single MP3 file from it.

Just ensure all tracks are selected and then hit F10.  You'll probably be
able to just tab to the ok button of the resulting screen and the extract
will begin.  You do get the opportunity to edit the track name before you
press ok if you so wish.
