Just wanted to comment on this plugin. i've tried it and it actually works pretty good. It is an imput plugin so the first thing you will want to do is once installed bring up the preferences and then configure it for the speech you will want to use. It seems from what i can tell to use sapi4 and I also have a few other voices here and it seems to work with them. You can adjust the rate but not the pitch. Once you have it adjusted just type l in winamp and locate the text you'd like to read and it will read it for you using the standard winamp keys. This is pretty cool.
