Hi Doc, didn't get it the first time, but I just skim through sometimes, so I could have missed it. I don't know if Nero will do it, but one way that would certainly work would be to use the file conversion utility in goldwave. You ought to be able to convert from .ogg to CDA format there. Be aware though that sometimes the CD audio format is called something different, I'm a bit hazy on this, but I think it's also called .vqf.
