Hi All,
I have an mp3 file that was recorded at 2250 KHZ in 16 bit mono. I bring it
into Sound Forge 6 or 7 do some editing on it and save it as a wave file. I
then want to save that newly created wave file as an mp3. I choose the save
as dialog in Sound Forge and select mp3 as the file type. I then only have
certain bps choices with 64K bps being the lowest option. When I use this
choice, the newly saved mp3 file is about 40 megs instead of its original
size of 15 megs. How do I get Sound Forge to save the new mp3 file in a way
that will be about the same size as the original mp3?
Thanks,
Robert Carter
