I cannot give you a list of links, but can point you in the right direction for listening to commentary on English county matches.
Some BBC local radio stations carry ball-by-ball commentary on matches involving their county. For example:
www.bbc.co.uk/london/sport has live commentary on matches for both Surrey and Middlesex. Many of the BBC local stations are named after the county they serve, e.g. BBC Essex and BBC Radio Kent. All the ones that I have looked at have a 'Sport' link.
There are exceptions to this rule, either where a station covers more than one county, or a county has more than one radio station. For Hampshire go to BBC Radio Solent, for Sussex to BBC Southern Counties Radio, and for Yorkshire BBC Radio Leeds.
I have heard a couple of commentaries both this season and last season. The sound is good, but commentary resources a bit limited sometimes.
