I don't know if you can get Windows Media Player to play RealAudio files but if you can't you still have a couple of options apart from using RealPlayer. There is a program called Real Alternative available at http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm that might be suitable. Also there is a product called JetAudio available from www.jetaudio.com/products/jetaudio that will play some types of Real Media files. I haven't tried either of these programs because I'm quite happy with RealPlayer. Therefore I don't know how accessible they are.

Every time I want to play a real media audio file now, it won't play. It keeps trying to upgrade me to the new version, and it also keeps opening a window that says hourly news and all that kind of junk. I want to uninstall real player. I also want to play real audio files using windows media player, can I do this? If I can, will someone tell me how to get windows media player to play real audio files?
