Hi Crissy, When this happens to me for the most part I just hit the enter key and it will move the dvd to the next clip, if the clip still isn't the movie hit enter again. I continue to do this and eventually the movie will play. I don't know why it is like this but It's the only work around I know. Hope this helps and if there's a better work around please could somebody who has the power DVD program post it.
