Hi Chris,

The two major audio formats that Imtoo's DVD Audio Ripper will save to are
MP3 and Wav. It costs about $29.00 USD. You can find out more info about
Imtoo DVD Audio Ripper and their other products at:

Hi there,
I have been following this thread, and am interested in audio DVD ripper,
but I have two questions: 1. In what format does it rip the audio, or do you
have a choice? 2. Where can I find this software, and what is the cost?
Thanks in advance, Chris Chaffin

Hi Bruce,

I understand what you are talking about now. Most of my dvds have been one
index per title therefore it was appearing to me like all of the dvd was
being ripped which in my case it was. You got me thinking with your
previous message on this topic so I borrowed a dvd from a mate which had
more than one index per title and discovered what you had been saying. So
on that basis, you are right and there seem to be no function in this
program to rip all of the audio in one hit. DVD audio ripper allows you to
select titles and if you check all of those they'll be ripped but
unfortunately it will only let you rip one index per title. So it looks
like if you want to get every ounce of audio on the dvd, it has to be done
manually unless of course there is only one index per title and you check
all of the titles.

I have. For example, I have a DVD in the drive now of Sanford and Son
episodes. What happens is you have to chose one index, which is the
equivalent of one episode in this case. Then on top of that, if there are
multiple languages on the DVD, or a director's commentary or whatever, that
must be chosen separately as well.
