Asuming you are using a audio editing software such as SF 6, there is a Noise Reduction plug-in that has click and crackle removal, vinyl restoration and a generic noise reduction that uses a sample of the noise you are trying to remove. Also there is a simple and much cheaper product called DePopper which I used before I found NoiseReduction 2.0. The DePopper program, if it is still available, only costs $18.
