*Position: Workday HRMS * *Location: Cincinnati, OH,* *Duration: 6 Months * An HR generalist to cover employee leaves from September 7, 2021 through January 31, 2022. In this role you will support Human Resources and be involved with operational transaction support to our HRIS system, Workday. Additionally, you will help with benefits open enrollment, and possibly new hire processing and payroll. *Required Responsibilities* • Experience with Workday HCM staffing transactions especially Change Job • Experience with Workday Position Management • Maintain supervisory organization hierarchy and role assignments Desired • Experience with Workday Onboarding • Working knowledge of Workday business process transactions • Basic understanding of Benefit Elections • Basic understanding of payroll administration To qualify you must have prior experience in Human Resources and have basic working knowledge of Workday. The role offers a hybrid work environment of two days in the office and up to three days at home. Salary is competitive depending on depth of relevant experience.
