PROJECT MANAGER JOB:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Project management experience, insurance background,
insurance portals knowledge , xml and some technical background
Highly preferred but not mandatory: Duckcreek experience

and/or internal key stakeholders.
 Maniacal attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large
amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
 You are a leader who is always focused on doing what’s right for the
business, and you know how to lead people and teams through change.
 You have strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and
influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
 Excellent negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills. You
diplomatically facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues.
 Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject
matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and
pre-defined measurement criteria.
 You are high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious
enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing
needs of the business.
 Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the
trade, such as productivity tools and project management applications.
 Bachelors or equivalent required.
 Knowledge of Adobe products and their use across customer segments is
desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 Responsible for day-to-day management of the project, making sure
commitments are met
 Creates and maintains key project documents including:  Project Plan;
Timeline; Status; RAID Log
 Identifies, Records, Analyzes and drives resolution of: Risks; Actions;
Dependencies; Issues
 Ensures scope of work is accurately maintained in Jira, changes are
documented & approved, and the scrum teams are delivering per the project
milestones
 Documents decisions in RAID for reference
 Schedules and facilitates key program meetings at the direction of the
program leads
 Records meeting notes and actions, creating a draft for review by meeting
facilitator and ensuring notes are sent to attendees
 Ensures coordination of work efforts to manage key dependencies
 Understands the breadth of the project effort within their area of
responsibility and provides updates to management
 Provides accurate, timely program status reporting
 Responsible for understanding the business/IT needs and keeping the team
members focused
 Recognizes and documents accomplishments
