*JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: *

Plans and performs IT system research and information gathering activities
including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys,
and reviewing documents

Reviews, documents, and categorizes current or as-is state of the business
process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and
develop portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes

Identifies and documents the scope of business process changes or
enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State
or local laws and statutes

Helps IT managers to prioritize business process changes to maintain system
functionality and efficiencies; establishes timetables for completion of
projects;

Helps IT managers to communicate business process and system requirements
to IT staff, program staff, and stakeholders

Develops test data scenarios and analyzes the results; validates
requirements throughout the business analysis process

Develops business system documentation

Develops training plans and train users on new IT system functions or
business processes

Reviews and analyzes business process deficiencies requiring resolution
during or after implementation;

Performs business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to
extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and provide
management with data to make policy decisions.



*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*

40 + months experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis
work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is
able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may
have advanced education.

At least 50 months experience in planning and performing IT system research
and information gathering activities including conducting individual or
group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents.



*Other Qualifications: *

At least 42 months experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing
current or as-is state of the business process or function including
creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the
desired future or to-be state of those processes

At least 42 months experience in identifying and documenting the scope of
business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or
by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes

At least 42 months experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing
the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis
process

At least 38 months experience in developing training plans and training
users on new IT system functions or business processes

At least 38 months experience in reviewing and analyzing business process

*Responsibilities:-*

§  Responsible for day-to-day management of the project, making sure
commitments are met

§  Creates and maintains key project documents including:  Project Plan;
Timeline; Status; RAID Log

§  Identifies, Records, Analyzes and drives resolution of: Risks; Actions;
Dependencies; Issues

§  Ensures scope of work is accurately maintained in Jira, changes are
documented & approved, and the scrum teams are delivering per the project
milestones

§  Documents decisions in RAID for reference

§  Schedules and facilitates key program meetings at the direction of the
program leads

§  Records meeting notes and actions, creating a draft for review by
meeting facilitator and ensuring notes are sent to attendees

§  Ensures coordination of work efforts to manage key dependencies

§  Understands the breadth of the project effort within their area of
responsibility and provides updates to management

§  Provides accurate, timely program status reporting

§  Responsible for understanding the business/IT needs and keeping the team
members focused

§  Recognizes and documents accomplishments
