*Responsibilities *

Partner with internal Azure stakeholders, capabilities, Microsoft and other
ecosystem partners to develop and present a compelling The client site
proposition to Insurance clients Lead a virtual team of technology and
domain experts, in a global model, to develop a unique technology/business
proposition to migrate clients. Partner with sales executives as developer
with a focus on building pipeline and help to win Migration opportunities
of scale Engage with client’s technology leaders in white boarding with an
eye on turning business problems into tangible technology solutions.–
specifically as someone client turn to for large scale Cloud migrations.
Lead the initial design of complex solutions partnering with other
architects/developers and relevant client stakeholders with an eye on
sustained availability, smart scale, and enterprise grade security. Provide
thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders – capabilities
Develop a compelling set of differentiating technology propositions to
showcase The client site’s strengths in .Net Technical Skills Requirements
and Experience in driving and implementing at least 1 large transformation
project (200+ applications). This is a critical requirement.



*Required Knowledge*

Experience in implementing a large transformation program across the
complete lifecycle including .Net, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Application
Assessment, Application Migration, Automation, Deployment and Rollout.
Application Development & Migration Experience on the Microsoft
technologies and toolsets Experience in implementing multiple migration
options; Re-Architecting, Microservices, APIs and newer services. Architect
Level Certification on Microsoft platform Solid communication/client
engagement skills that include the ability to effectively verbalize and
document solutions clearly via white boarding etc. Experience in migrating
heterogeneous application workloads including Custom web applications,
.Net, Database, Batch Apps, Analytics, products, packaged applications etc.
Strong understanding of .Net technologies and their evolving roadmap is
critical. Ability to engage with senior technical and business
stakeholders, on customer IT team, to drive consensus/approach in a complex
Azure migration program.   Nice to Have Solid background in architecting
.NET applications and ideally around modernizing from previous versions of
.NET. Fluent in software development methodologies spanning the application
lifecycle (SDLC) from Agile to cloud based approaches such as continuous
integration, containers, etc. Open Source platforms.



*Good to have:*

Ability to grasp strategic customer/partner business objective quickly and
to articulate solution vision that addresses these objectives. Background
working in ambiguous situations and managing new technologies is considered
important. Previous experience in working with Microsoft architects on
large scale Cloud migration will be an asset. Some insurance industry
experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
