*Job Description:*· *Experience with computers in lab setting needed, installing/validating software.* · *4-6 years as BA ideal.* · Strong possibility of extension (12 months to start) Will be extended!! · *IT in pharma experience highly desired.* · Must be able to work independently AND collaboratively. · Needs to have potential to grow into (if not already possessing qualities of) role that offers guidance to stakeholders on prioritizing requirements. · *GxP and GMP experience is mandatory.* *Required:*• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 4-6 years relevant experience. • Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills. • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment. • Ability to prepare and execute business meetings virtual, face-to-face, cross functional, local or global to ensure meeting required deliverables. • BS with 8+ years’ experience or MS with 6+ years’ experience in Engineering/Computer Science/Life Science. • Familiarity with regulated laboratory systems and data integrity concepts –understanding of laboratory systems validation. • Experience with environmental monitoring solutions such as Vaisala viewLinc preferred • Experience with lab computing software and scientific desktop tools a plus. • 5 years IT Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience in a large pharmaceutical environment with validated systems a plus. • Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Processes *LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:* *Preferred:*• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent • Business Analysis Certification or equivalent *Physical Demands:*• Must be able to work in a laboratory setting *Travel Requirement:*• Access to transportation to attend meetings. • Ability to fly to meetings regionally and globally.
