- Should have minimum of 6-12+ years exp in IT mainly on *ERP * products. - Good functional knowledge on *Core HCM*, compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Expense modules - Should have atleast 2 years’ experience in *WorkDay HCM* with time tracking, expense, compensation, payroll modules - Hands on Business process configuration, EIB, Reports creation with tools- report writer, BIRT, worklets/Dashboards, Analytical reporting - Should have very good experience of requirement gathering, building, testing of workday reporting for large customers. - Implementation or Support projects experience is a must. - Should have good communication & client facing skills.
