*GENERAL INFORMATION: *

1.     Role: Engineer/Developer

2.     Primary experience required - MUST: *AWS Deployment, Ruby, Jscript,
Mango DB, HTML 3, CSS*

3.     Must have: 3 years genuine experience required – OPT also Fine

4.     Location: Atlanta, GA

5.     Duration: Initially for 6 months and then extendable till 2 years on
Contract

6.     Pay-terms: C2C

7.     Interviews: Telephonic and then Skype (2 rounds)

8.     Rate: $40-$50/hr on C2C

9.     Need a very strong consultant in-terms of the given Mandatory
skills.



*JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: *

1.             Research, develop, and write content for company procedures,
task documents, and supporting materials for use by development and
operations teams when deploying services in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

2.             Gather and research technical information from sources such
as design documents, wiki pages, GitLab repositories, and vendor
documentation for use in documentation activities.

3.             Interview programmers, engineers, developers, and other
technical personnel to become familiar with services, product technology,
and development methods.

4.             Follow and summarize relevant new product and service
announcements from AWS for publication in internal corporate newsletter.

5.             Review company tools and accompanying code for accuracy and
defects. Provide team with feedback to help enhance services as required.

6.             Create and update documentation tools such as standards and
templates for technical publications.

7.             Review and revise previously-created documentation.

8.             Create tables, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in
documentation.

9.             Review, edit, and proofread documents such as design
specifications, requirements, proposals, and standards written by others.



*GOOD TO HAVE: KNOWLEDGE:*

1.     Bachelor’s In English, Technical Writing, related discipline, or
equivalent experience.

2.     AWS infrastructure and services; Proficient in MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, including the ability to customize styles,
implement custom bullets and numbering, and generate automatic table of
contents for documents; Prior experience with Confluence or a similar
WYSIWYG wiki editor and system a plus.

3.     Agile environment working with task management software such as JIRA
or Trello a plus; Linux, APIs, and command line operations a plus.

4.     Adept, interdisciplinary communications skills; Strong problem
solving and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks
concurrently; Prior experience in information technology (IT) environments
with proven technical ability and self-motivated independent study a strong
plus.

5.     Must be a strong team player.
