- We are looking for strong techno functional profile with at least 6-12
years of experience.
- Strong Core-Java knowledge.
- Should be able to explain Methods/Inheritance concepts etc...
- Must have delivered at least 3-4 selenium automation project.
- Must have experience on working on complex selenium automation
framework.
- Should be able to explain selenium concepts like what is static and
absolute XPATH, which is better, why ?
- Implementation knowledge of Continuous integration with either Team
city/Jenkins.
- Experience of working on BDD/TDD automation framework.
- Should be able to explain feature file/glue code
- BDD/TDD benefits and also challenges faced etc…
- Agile project experience is must.
- Should be able to explain how JIRa is used effectively ?
- How defects are tracked etc…
- Should have experience of managing UAT/production deployment
communication etc.…
- Good understanding of Testing processes & test management skills.
- Should be able to explain : Test Plan, Test Strategy, Traceability
matrices
- Should be able to explain best practices followed in project.
- Knowledge of writing SQL queries etc.
- Should be able to explain connection string between DB and automation
framework.
