Serve as lead for infrastructure requirement analysis and design to meet application and performance needs. 2. Review high level design issues relating to platform, enterprise software, and interactions and provide recommendation for optimal performance. 3. Work closely with development team to coordinate infrastructure changes and support enterprise technology initiatives. *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * 1. 8+ years of experiences in infrastructure requirement analysis/design, capacity planning and application performance tuning. 2. 8+ Years of experience in managing infrastructure/applications using Oracle RDBMS, Unix, TIBCO, Informatica , Abinitio ETL (Informatica preferred), Netezza , Informatica MDM. 3. Good working knowledge on Unix shell scripting and scheduling software such as AutoSys is required 4. Good understanding on technologies like Unix OS, SAN, NAS, NFS, Networking 5. Strong ability to understand and represent high level technical capabilities. 6. Experience in release management as per the Agile. 7. Experience in design, build and configuration of infrastructure, database and various tools such as TIBCO BW, Informatica etc. for large initiatives in warehousing including Sourcing/Staging, ODS, DW, Marts.. 8. Expertise in application performance issue monitoring and resolution. 9. Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Including ability to work with all management levels. 10.
