Mark, I can reproduce the problem. I suspect it has to do with paraview.org<http://paraview.org> moving to https and our binaries not having OpenSSL support enabled. I've reported the issue here: https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/issues/17490 As a workaround, you can download the file manually and then use "Load Servers" to import them.
