When I open a time series of EnSight files, the file-open browser shows that it intends to open the whole series, and then names the node in the pipline with the "*" notation. However, the "Case File Name" does not get the "*", and if I add it, I get the following error (sensitive path names replaced with XXX):

My ensight files are named "ensight.var.time". For example, "ensight.case.0001", "ensight.case.0002", ... and "ensight.Desity.0001", "ensight.Density.0002", ... I can open any given timestep by itself with no error. Is this an error in the ensight reader, or am I doing something wrong? Thank you, Ben Orr [email protected]
