Hi Stephen,

The polyline is separate from the other data after the filter is run, so in
a sense it is already extracted.

If by extract you mean you want to save the data to a file, in the pipeline
browser, select the Contour filter that produces the polyline, then File ->
Save Data... and choose the format to which you want it.

If you mean something else by "extract", please clarify.
