It seems like the 700p doesn't come with a "Applications" directory configured on the card (example: /PALM/Launcher in old units, /Applications in LifeDrive).
That seems to me like a problem in the device, but maybe the installer is just using the wrong functions for the 700p?
Try getting the latest PSI version, if it still has problems I think you should contact the PSI guys.
