Claas -
I think the answer is in the link you provided:
Look at this seciton:
Comments
To get a list of all installed interfaces, call this function with
successively increasing indices starting from 0 until the error
netErrInvalidInterface is returned.
The ifCreator and ifInstance values returned from this call can then be used
with the NetLibSettingGet() call to get more information about that
particular interface.
I would suggest :
UInt16 err = errNone;
UInt16 count = 0;
for ( i = 0; i < && err != netErrInvalidInterface ; i++ ) {
err = NetLibIFGet(refNum, i, &ifCreator, &ifInstance);
if (err == errNone) count++;
}
ErrFatalDisplayIf(count == 0, "Aint got no interfaces"); //missouri speak
What are you supplying for the value netSocketAddrRaw?
Also, you are expecting the host to reply pretty quick - but you will have
to work on this after you get your interface found.
