I have never been very good at working with IO in C... that's probably why I am struggling with this one.
I am trying to read a CSV file from the expansion slot to load into a database on the palm as a way to synchronize data between a desktop and palm database (relational DB). Each row in the CSV file will be variable length. I have the steps needed prior to opening the file (e.g. check that the expansion manager is available, and that there is a card in the slot. etc.) Any help would be appreciated!
