I think in the PODs distribution you can get an example file called
ExtendedSound - that is what I was using.
However now when I compile it, I get a lot of errors - more
specifically I get 2 types of errors (but lots of them):
- macro redefining:
Error : macro 'sysTrapSndStreamCreateExtended' redefined
PalmSoundMgrExt.h line 24 #define sysTrapSndStreamCreateExtended

- illegal name overloading
Error : illegal name overloading
PalmSoundMgrExt.h line 31 sndFormatPCM = 0, /**< Raw PCM (Pulse

Anyone know how to fix these errors?
