Talking about graphics and animations for PalmOS
Also consider using *Razor!* or *GapiDraw* for your design.
Razor! is free (MIT License), easy setup (for CodeWarrior users, PODS
users requires some hacks) and pure PalmOS Oriented. Support are
becoming cold nowadays but looks is still up.
Gapidraw is paid, and have support also for other platforms (PockedPC,
...) Never used it, I remeber that I had the felling that it was not so
Palm oriented at it is for PockedPC but it seems to be more powerfull
them Razor!.
