If you are using a .rcp file with pilrc, the simplest way to add an icon is to add the lines
ICON "icon.bmp" APPLICATIONICONNAME ID 1000 "MyIcon" to that file. icon.bmp is something you have created separately with (say) Windows Paint, say, 22 x 22 pixels in dimension. That will get you started.
