The simulators aren't updated for every SDK release; just use the latest version of a simulator that's available for a specific device.
The Treo 600 simulators were done before there was a unified palmOne SDK versioning scheme, so they are just labeled Treo600_Simulator or Treo600_Update_Simulator for the various carriers and radio styles.
